Trouble with Uconnect pairing of phone I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Jeep Wrangler 2 weeks ago and included an extended warranty. The day after I purchased it, I went to pair my phone with I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Jeep Wrangler 2 weeks ago and included an extended warranty. The day after I purchased it, I went to pair my phone with Uconnect and immediately realized something was not right. Uconnect would not respond as if it was hearing any of my commands. I drove back to the dealership where Chase checked things out and then put me in touch with Kevin Turner in Service. Kevin scheduled an appointment with me. A few days later I came back to drop my Jeep off so Kevin and his team could diagnose the issue. Kevin provided a courtesy vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) and went over all the features and explained Auto Start, etc so I would be comfortable driving the courtesy vehicle. 3 days later he called and said things were ready and good to go. They ended up replacing the mic and since then I have no issues with pairing or using voice commands. 3 days initially seemed excessive but I believe it took a full day to get the replacement mic in. But that was fine with me since I had a courtesy vehicle to drive. Chase and Kevin are always professional too. More

From the moment I drive my car through the service garage door I am immediately greeted by a knowledgeable, professional service advisor who oversees the repairs. I know when I pick it up the mechanics have taken care of any problems and never have had to take it back because it wasn’t fixed!
