We arrived for a test drive at 3pm, and left with our new Jeep about 6pm, trade-in included. They didn't rush us and didn't pressure us at all. Negotiations were brief, the price was good, and they gave us what we wanted for our trade in. You can't beat that experience. They also have a very good selection of Jeeps and have an offroad obstacle course to try out. More
