From start to finish, superb!! Angel at Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat made the entire process quick and simple. I found the Jeep online and within half an hour of sending an email expres Angel at Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat made the entire process quick and simple. I found the Jeep online and within half an hour of sending an email expressing interest, I received a phone call from Angel. She let me know the Jeep was still available and proceeded to answer the questions I had. She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I received additional pictures of the Jeep after I told her of a few spots I would like to see. Having decided to purchase the Jeep, I then bought a bus ticket to Louisville. I only mention this because when I told Angel when and how I was getting there, she immediately offered to pick me up from the bus station. Once I got to the dealership I couldn't help but notice how nice the place was. The building looked new. Everything was clean. The final process was quick and smooth and before I knew it I was on my way home. She gave me a full tank of gas for the 10 hour ride home when they normally only give a half tank. The cherry on this already awesome sundae was when she handed me a goodie bag with granola bars and water for the trip and a few t-shirts while telling me to be sure I send her pictures as I modify and upgrade the Jeep. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the process. The Jeep drove all 10 hours home without a single problem blowing frosty a/c the whole time. Not bad for a 21 year old vehicle. More
