Honest dealing - Exceptional service I've been a Cross Motors customer for going on 10 years. Admittedly, I am a bit of a car junkie. In that 10 years I have probably bought 10 vehicles I've been a Cross Motors customer for going on 10 years. Admittedly, I am a bit of a car junkie. In that 10 years I have probably bought 10 vehicles from Cross. I have also been responsible for my parents, ex-wife (we get along), aunt, and nephew buying at least one vehicle from there during this time. The reason we go there exclusively, and will continue to be loyal customers, is because they are honest. If you want a Jeep, in today's Internet age, your resources are endless. I know when I go to Cross, I will not only find the vehicle I am looking for (or they will locate it), but I will also receive an honest price, and without all of the haggling. I've had them talk me out of making a purchase before. Who does that? I trust these people, and given the opportunity, they will earn yours too. A+++ More

Unacceptable service duration. I called I’m to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, come to find out there were no open times for the next 5 day days. This was no big deal, I s I called I’m to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, come to find out there were no open times for the next 5 day days. This was no big deal, I scheduled the appointment. On the day of my appointment I drop my car off for the service and wait over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with a “complimentary inspection.” The inspection indicated my brakes needed to be replaced and I apparantly had a leak coming from the timing cover gasket. Upon getting home, I noticed that my Jeep was now leaking a significant amount of engine coolant. Not sure if they mistook a leaky timing cover for a leaky radiator or if they really just didn’t do a thorough inspection. Blows my mind that they can take 3 hours to do a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and that they can miss a radiator leak that was that severe. I spent way too much time in that waiting room to not get any kind of apology or even a. Discount on the service. Completely unacceptable, won’t be back. More
