In that 10 years I have probably bought 10 vehicles from Cross. I have also been responsible for my parents, ex-wife (we get along), aunt, and nephew buying at least one vehicle from there during this time. The reason we go there exclusively, and will continue to be loyal customers, is because they are honest. If you want a Jeep, in today's Internet age, your resources are endless. I know when I go to Cross, I will not only find the vehicle I am looking for (or they will locate it), but I will also receive an honest price, and without all of the haggling.
