Prepare to wait As is apparently customary for dealership service department today, an appointment was necessary for an oil change. I can deal with that. Problem is, even with an appointment, it took over an hour for just a simple oil change--an $75+ dollar oil change, with coupon. And then dealerships wonder why they get a bad reputation. More
