Now, we have a family car (from this decade, no less!) that we can afford, rely on, and be proud of. On top of that, we never once felt like Shawn was taking advantage of us or pushing forward some sort of internal quota of the dealership's. Our only complaint is that we got so much time with Shawn that we didn't feel like we got enough time with Todd to review our financial documents -- that was the only part of our day that felt rushed (although the show room was pretty full so we can understand why they might not have been able to give us as much time as we would have liked). This was my first experience with my salesman, Shawn Lopes and he was great. I also met Jon Cross and Matt Ward who were both extremely nice and professional. The service department is great and I've had numerous dealings with the parts department as well. Greg Clark in the Body Shop knocks it out of the park. I wouldn't dream of buying a vehicle or having body repair work done anywhere else!!! More
