Great experience! I bought a Jeep from carmax less than a year ago with a V8 in it and i just couldn’t take the 13 miles to the gallon anymore. I called cross and found I bought a Jeep from carmax less than a year ago with a V8 in it and i just couldn’t take the 13 miles to the gallon anymore. I called cross and found out they had a grand Cherokee with the same package I had, but a few years newer, and the 6 cylinder. After going to cross and a) getting a selection of vehicles and b) finding something I loved more than my previous Jeep, I would never go to anything but a Jeep dealer again. I also appreciated the protection package we were offered, which was an upgrade from the one we got at carmax. We are perfectly happy and love our new Jeep! More

Great place to deal with. Excellent sales service. I called about a vehicle I had seen online. I asked for sales and was transferred. But got up and went out on the lot and confirmed it was there and still available, and made a walk around video he sent me as well. Had my vehicle ready for me to inspect and drive. Knew a lot about the vehicle which was a Chevy and not a Jeep or something they sell a lot of on the lot. The sales manager made a fair offer for my trade and Todd took care if the paper work I was ready to go.
