Shoddy They spent a week doing a 140 point inspection to be "Certified Pre-Owned." Windows were not cleaned. (crud around the top when windows rolled down) They spent a week doing a 140 point inspection to be "Certified Pre-Owned." Windows were not cleaned. (crud around the top when windows rolled down) A battery post was corroded. A mud flap was missing a bolt. There was no windshield wiper fluid. (Even W-Mart checks the fluids!) Tires were not changed because they had at least 5k miles left on them. Bought a 59 dollar bed mat for 200 dollars. (they split the cost so that I only paid 99 dollars for a bed shaped piece of rubber that doesn't fit) I have to deal with them to keep the warranty in force, but I feel the need to document every little thing due to their after-the-sale behavior. Love the truck though. More

Terrible management and terrible used car manager customer s Just bought a car from a very nice young yet unexperienced salesman. I hadnt signed the paperwork and i hadnt driven off with the car when i noticed t Just bought a car from a very nice young yet unexperienced salesman. I hadnt signed the paperwork and i hadnt driven off with the car when i noticed there was no rotation done on the car. Before i continued i asked the salesman to get the tires rotated. He asked the manager and the answer was he will not get anything done to it. Was very disappointing in every aspect. Other dealerships did more and beyond. Before i walked out i went to his manager and told him it amazes me that a cheap rotation denied with no parts needed before signing and beforeleaving with the car was disappointing and also why i refused to give my good review, recommendation or accept letting them take my pic with a 100% customer service satisfaction smileys sign which they insisted i do. The manager was typing on his keyboard, did not stop for a second, did not say anything and never even looked at me for a second the ENTIRE TIME. NOTHING. I walked out and left with a very bad feeling. All because they denied a rotation of the tires. No parts needed. Equipment and many mechanics there. Huge dealership. He did not care one bit about the customer. More

Terrific car purchase experience I always dreaded going to an auto dealer. This experience was very different from most. The salesman, Dustin Allen, was friendly and helpful. He found me the exact vehicle I was looking for with a few extras that I wasn't expecting. The finance guy, Tyler Kilgus, was able to put my payment exactly where I asked it to be. Liars They stated they would fix a thumping noise coming from the front end. Said it was the sway bar. Well they fix sway bar and surprise its still thumping and getting worse. Mind you they have had my van longer than I have because of other problems. Now that they know what problem is the Manager says there not gonna fix it because they have fixed the other issues. Sounds to me breach of contract, not fixing what was promised. Buyer beware, any issues whatsoever during test drive dont sign anything. Never been more disappointed in a car dealership. More
