I was dealt with in such a courteous manner by Austin and he was very understanding when I had to cancel my first appointment because of the flu. He arranged for someone to drive me to my destination after I drop my car off. I had two recalls which were both repaired and it didn't cost me anything. Service after the sale was also stand out, as a warrantied item was taken care of 100% inside 48 hours Including parts and installation, and even though the warranty had a deductible, the service writer took care of it with no cost to me.
