We purchased a used car 2016 Honda odyssey with 85,XXX miles on it in early July, within 2 weeks we had transmission issues. We took it back so they could figure out what was wrong and fix it since it was miles on it in early July, within 2 weeks we had transmission issues. We took it back so they could figure out what was wrong and fix it since it was under warranty. It sat there for a week without anyone looking into it. We called repeatedly for updates and were told the person in charge of our case was not in the office, then that is was someone else who’s as actually in charge of our case, we were promised a call back multiple times but it took days of my husband calling to finally have a manager return the call. Once the manager was involved they were relatively quick with getting the transmission fixed. The headlight was out when it was purchased but we did not realize for a few days because it was not driven in the dark yet. We also noticed it was pulling to the left and needed its tires aligned. Cronin gave us a receipt that stated it was completed but the light bulb was not changed out and the car still pulls to the left. We have had to pay to fix these elsewhere because it has been such a hassle to deal with Cronin. I would not recommend purchasing a car from them. I was really disappointed in our experience. More
Do not take your car here to get service they are full of crap. Someone tried to steal my daughters car and took out her ignition. She called them and they said they could fix it so she gad it towed there. I crap. Someone tried to steal my daughters car and took out her ignition. She made a trip down there and of course the service department people were gone. She had to cuss them out to get someone to finally call her back. They gave her an estimate and told her it would be a month before they could fix it. She found someone else and had AAA pick up her car. They wouldn’t release her car they said she had to pay $165 diagnostic fee. Fee for what? She told them what was wrong they ignored her and didn’t contact her at all. They was too busy trying to sell her a new car!!!! The. Gonna charge her???? Customer service is horrible I even called and they hung up on me!!! More
This has been the worst experience I have had with any dealership ever. I went in for a simple anti-thief recall for my 2017 Elantra that was mandatory if I want any future services from the dealership. N dealership ever. Now my car alarm goes off after I start the car with the automatic remote start. I take it back to them and they tell me there is nothing we can do for you. They will not even attempt to fix their mistake! This issue still has not been resolved. Very unprofessional. They have told me lie after lie. They have wasted my time and money. More

My daughter has a 2017 sonata with 129k on it and engine failed. Cronin quoted $9k to replace or a $1k trade in. We told there service manager to move car out side, un hook battery, and leave key underneath failed. Cronin quoted $9k to replace or a $1k trade in.
