When looking to purchase a new 2013 Kia Sportage I visited numerous dealerships and considered online purchase options as well. It is my firm belief that we need to support local and smaller business owners when and where possible. Thus, Cronin Kia. It's a small Kia dealership. It's a bit off the beaten path of a big city. It's got a cornfield growing next door. It's..... comfortable. I drove into the lot, saw a Kia Sportage of interest and met Michael Monroe (Sales Consultant). Michael moved the vehicle off the showroom floor, introduced me to the vehicle via an inside/outside hands on tour, tossed me the keys and suggested a route to take for a trial run on my own. Upon returning from the test drive, Michael and I engaged in a little non-pressure dollars juggling. He then discussed the offer with Justin Love (Sales Manager). Justin and I engaged in a little more dollar juggling until we both were happy with the final deal. I would normally rather have a root canal procedure than buy a new car. But this entire experience was pretty painless. I did not become frustrated and walk out. I did not feel like I was being manipulated (Well, maybe just a little. I'm buying a car, right?). I felt..... comfortable. We completed the deal in a couple of hours. When I picked the car up the next day, Michael gave me another guided tour of the Sportage to make sure I was comfortable with all its functions. In the end, it was good to support a local business, the community and its employees. I left Cronin Kia, and the adjacent cornfield, feeling..... comfortable. More
I had visited other dealerships in the Cincinnati area and not one of the salesperson took the time to show me the features of the car I was interested in. Mike Monroe at the Kia dealership took the time and not one of the salesperson took the time to show me the features of the car I was interested in. I was super pleased with Michael as my sales rep. Within a half hour of being there, he picked out a truck for me that was exactly what I was looking for. Cannot say enough great things about this dealership! Had the car I was interested in ready to drive when I arrived. When it was discovered that the air conditioning did not work - it was fixed while I waited. Financing was wonderful! The Finance Manager made sure that I got the best deal and a warranty that reduced my interest rate! Even showed me how he could put me in a new car for the same monthly payment. Julie bent over backwards to make sure that I received the BEST customer service around. I have had horrible experiences at much larger dealerships. IN fact - I was at a different dealership less than 48 hours before walking in Cronin's door. This other dealership had a very rude manager who tried to convince me to buy a car at a higher rate than KBB or other dealers were asking for the same car. He would not negotiate and was VERY rude about it. Cronin made me feel like I was a family member from the first moment. Will buy all my cars from them - do not plan on going anywhere else! More
I went to look at the Ford Edge at Cronin on 5/25/13, but since they also sell Kia's I stopped first to look at the Sorento where I met Rick my salesman. Although I liked the Sorrento a lot, I went with the Edge because I had one as long term rental before and knew I would be happy with it. Rick and the entire team at Cronin Ford/Kia made the process so pleasant. Rick listened to me, was knowledgable, courteous, low pressure, and I got top dollar for my trade in, plus a good price on the vehicle. This was by far the best experience I've ever had. When they didn't have what I wanted locally they sourced it. They found me EXACTLY what I wanted (and MORE IMPORTANTLY didn't try to sell me more than I wanted). My Edge came from Defiance, Ohio. Their inance guy was great too. I qualified for 0% for 60mo through Ford with a $1000 rebate but they were able to get me the same terms through another bank at 0.9 which allowed me to take $2500 rebate and thus lower my cost! Not to mention Cronin offers free oil changes for life! When I took delivery of the vehicle last night Rick went through the Ford Synch/Touch system with me, setting up my account, downloading my phone book, everything went great. My mother was with me when I bought my car and she used to work in a Dealership, she said she would seriously consider Cronin and Ford for her next vehicle. Cronin just earned themselves some loyal customers. I've been telling everyone how much I liked them. More

The pricing offered was very competitive, and Mike was very thorough and patient at explaining the incredib a low-stress and comfortable experience. I recommend the Cronin group to anyone who wants to avoid the congestion and hassle of buying at the auto mall in Mason. It's worth the drive to Harrison. More
