Would've never guessed Ashley is new! I started out by submitting my information online through autotrader and Ashley Lorenz contacted me right away. I was interested in a new truck, but k I started out by submitting my information online through autotrader and Ashley Lorenz contacted me right away. I was interested in a new truck, but kept getting turned down by banks. Ashley was very informative, patient, and always reaching out to follow up with me. I've inquired on vehicles at several other dealerships and no one was a thorough as Ashley! I kept telling her I was skeptical because of the financing and she finally convinced me to just submit an online app because they work with lots of lenders. I finally did and I was approved right away! It was hard for me to find time away from work to come into the dealership, but I finally came in on Saturday and boy was I impressed... Especially when she told me it was only her second week working for them! I have never had such a positive friendly experience when buying a car and that's exactly what I got at Cronin.
