We had talked with Mark Zinser and Tony Henagar on a previous vist and reached out to them again as both impressed us with their customer service. Mark was working the next day we were available and we set an appointment. Upon arriving at the dealership Mark greated us at the door with a smile. We discussed our desires and he went to work finding a perfect match. My wife did her due diligence as we drove several models both new and used. Every time Mark gladly retieved the next one to drive. Made suggestions and pointed out the options for each one. After we (she) decided we purchased the very first Escape we drove. Shows he listened to our desires and found the right SUV for our family. All of the staff we encountered spoke and asked of we needed anything during out visit. When my F150 needs to be upgraded my first call will be to Mark and Tony. Thanks guys for being professonal and a joy to work with. More

I asked for a video and photos of the underside of the vehicle to see possible rust issues. As driving to look myself was not possible. Adam did everything but give me the truck for free. Three only thing i was unhappy about, was that the second key was not the right key. They failed to check it when it was delivered to them. Now i know someone has a key to my truck and by some chance of fate, i could lose my trick at any time. Attention to detail was slightly dropped, but hopefully they can fix this. More

Cronin had the largest selection of trucks near me that were equipped close to the way I wanted. I talked to Tony Henegar and we looked at a truck on the lot that I liked. While it didn't meet everything I was looking for Tony looked around at other dealers to find just what I wanted. There were 2 in another state. In the end I purchased the original truck on the lot. The purchase was pleasant and professional. I have purchased here before and would do it again. More

Bad dealership!!! They told me once I got there that there was a 3,000 difference and that was never mentioned before or I would have never drove up there. Never attempted to make it right, they just said thanks for making the drive!!! Don’t trust anyone from this dealership!!! I’m a cop and would never do someone like they did me. More

We test drove the vehicle twice. He sold us something we needed and that met our needs. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with and I appreciated his service tech background. Horrible. Started off with quote of 23,000 but with incentives and "deals" brought down to 19,500. Insulted us with super low ball offer on our trade even though advertising 3000 over blue book (offer was less than half of low blue book value) We left and they are chasing us trying to up offer Got home and started looking online. Saw exact same vehicle listed on their site starting at 17900. Same vehicle they wanted to charge us 19500 for AFTER dealing. What crooks! Will be sure to warn others of dirty dealings from these people More
