This time I called Joe looking for a specific type of Ford truck F350 super duty. I left a message and he called me back very quickly. He listened intently to what I was looking for in a truck and what kind of deal I felt I could get. He then went to work for me immediately using email, text, and personal phone calls to update me on what he was finding. In the end we were able to come to an agreement on a great truck and the deal was right where I wanted to be. The financing business manager was very easy to work with, not too pushy on selling additional options, but gave good advice on the pros and cons of each option which I appreciated. Overall a great experience. More

I didn't take him up on the offer but was so impressed by the impression he and Cronin Ford made that I returned within a couple of weeks. I decided to return while test driving a car from another local dealer. Cody was not expecting me but quickly cleared his schedule to show me the perfect used car for my cirumstances. He did this in under 30 minutes and Rich and Mike finished up the deal very quickly. I never once felt like I was being pressured or rushed. I did buy the Value Guard and look forward to the application in a couple of weeks. The car was ready to go when I was done with the paperwork in under an hour and a half after walking into the dealer. I will be a Customer until given a reason not to be.
