If I could score less than 1 star I would. We bought a 2020 Ram 2500 with 21k miles on it with Certified Pre-owned with 7yr 100k mile warranty. We also purchased additional 100k mile Ethos Pre We bought a 2020 Ram 2500 with 21k miles on it with Certified Pre-owned with 7yr 100k mile warranty. We also purchased additional 100k mile Ethos Premier Extended warranty. Being told it would begin at the end of the other warranty. Makes sense right? Ok. So today in Alabama we have to take the truck to a dealership for a heater core. Guess what ..... no warranty! 116k miles and we are now told the extended ran concurrent to the certified. RIP OFF! OH AND THEIR FINANCE WOULD NEVER SAY THAT! 2 College educated people who are wrong and threw away $. I expect to hear from the owner tomorrow we will see where his integrity is.! More
