Needs to have excellent customer service regardless of whether the customer is doing in-house financing or has their own outside financing. Should not take it out on customers if they don’t purchase the e whether the customer is doing in-house financing or has their own outside financing. Should not take it out on customers if they don’t purchase the extended warranty offered by the dealership. Dealership should ALWAYS make sure the documents are correct especially when the customer is pointing out the error. More
