This is the second Chrysler I have purchased from Cronic Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and the second time I requested Ritchie Lewis as my sales person. I also appreciate your service department. I know when my car is serviced there, I get genuine Chrysler parts installed by qualified technicians. When you make an appointment with the service department, they give you a time when you can pick your car up and so far, it's always been on time. I feel like this is the best dealership in Georgia and most definately purchase my next car there. More

I do not like to spend all day at a dealer to purchase a new vehicle. For this reason it has been since 2003 since i have purchased a new vehicle. I have been buying new vehicles for me and my family for over 23 years in 6 different states and I can honestly say that working with Ritchie Lewis at Cronic Chrysler/Dodge in Griffin, GA ranks as the absol over 23 years in 6 different states and I can honestly say that working with Ritchie Lewis at Cronic Chrysler/Dodge in Griffin, GA ranks as the absolute best car buying experiences I think I've ever had. This includes the time I purchased through a 'family member'. What impresses me about this dealership is the level of teamwork I experience throughout the car buying experience. I think many of us have had the 'telemarketer' experience at least once in our life; when the salesmen will do anything, say anything, and promise anything to get you in the door, into THEIR office, and sell you a car that makes THEM the most money. Not the case with these guys at Cronic!!! I appreciated the fact that whether I was talking with my salesman, the Sales Manager, or the Finance Manager I felt like they listened to me and respected what I said I wanted or didn't want. All in all, I got THE car that I wanted, at the price that I wanted. Oh...the only thing that wasn't what I wanted was the Finance Interest Rate...it was actually 3 FULL POINTS LOWER than I was expecting and pushing for. How many other dealers do you know that would have given me a rate THAT much better than what I asked for? I know others that would have smiled, given me what I asked for, and made a better profit on the deal!! I'm telling ya...I love these guys at Cronic!!! Now if I could just get that new Dodge Challenger for the same price as my super awesome Dart that I just got... :-) More

Just what the doctor ordered! Everything that I could ask for and more. Richie did all in his powers to do as much as he could for me. And I thank him for that. He made my buying experience easier than I expected. So then, to the main part, for me, financeing. Richie said not to worry, Brandon is a great guy and will make this happen for me.
