From the moment I called Cronic, and spoke with Fran, I knew this was a friendly environment, one that I desperately needed if I were to fork over any amount of money on a vehicle after my mistreatment at the other dealership. I arrived at Cronic and was greeted, not at the door, but in the parking lot by Fran, almost as if he knew who I was from our short conversation. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted so there was no "back and forth" that I had been previously accustomed to.
