I am that person. I am the person who is absolutely cautious about dealerships. In fact I can say that I have never had a positive experience at one, but Jeff at Cronic I am the person who is absolutely cautious about dealerships. In fact I can say that I have never had a positive experience at one, but Jeff at Cronic changed all that for me. He is very professional, factual and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and he has TONS of patience. We went to Cronic after lots of research and many trips to other dealerships and I honestly can say I do not regret going one bit. Jeff was able to be realistic with us about what we could expect and what we would pay and the level of service we would get after the sale. Bill is also AMAZING. I felt totally comfortable about the vehicle we purchased and the terms of our financial commitment. I was waiting for the sneaky I gotcha moment that has caused so much frustration shopping with other dealership and that sneaky stuff did NOT happen happen at Cronic. I got a great price with fabulous terms on a super vehicle from Jeff and people I actually felt comfortable with.
