This was not the case with Cronic, I had tried a few dealerships in the weeks prior and got plenty of those xx automated emails and responses, not with Cronic you deal with a real person every step of the way, they answered every question I had, were patient and more importantly were fair and honest. I won’t need another vehicle for the forseable future but if I did, I would go to Cronic again. Was worth every mile of the 240mile drive. The only reason I’m not using them for future maintenance on the truck is the above 240mile drive! Give them a shot! You won’t be upset you did! More
