Second time around This is the second visit for the same issue-drove it home and had to bring it back the next week. this has happened more than once. I still have an issue of my van using too much gas. There is a problem and it appeared when a light on the dash was finally turned off. I think that took 3 visits. It is not normal to sit at a traffic light and watch the gas mileage go down. It should take a little longer than that. I know the service department is busy. It seems you aren’t taking time to fully listen to the customer (we are not all idiots) and research the issue. I can only assume I have to come in with s video every time. That seems to be the only thing that half way works. I have absolutely no problem with Kim. She is great. More
