It took only two visits to the Critz dealership and the decision was made that I would like to do business with these great people. The first vist was to become familiar with the BMW line and Gilbert Lyon decision was made that I would like to do business with these great people. My second visit was to test drive a used 700 and then a 300 series automobile. I decided on the 750 for all the obvious reasons. I was offered a reasonable trade-in value for my previous automobile and a great finance package. Over and above all the previous, I was impressed with the tax savings offered by my previous military service and the fact that the car I selected also had an incentive offered by BMW Finance to help with the first two payments. A bit of servicing needed to be performed on my new purchase and the good folks at Critz provided me with a loaner car until mine was ready for delivery. We "dropped-in" at Critz BMW to view a 535iGT with no intention of buying that day; however the salesperson, Lori , came outside to greet us and began questioning regarding our interests. After my 12 day vacation in Orlando I was returning home (to Raleigh) and my car over-heated. Over 300 miles away from home, on a Sunday, I called MB roadside assistance and the rest is history. I called ahead to get appointment and was told my problem was covered by my extended warranty. I reconfirmed again with a gentleman on Saturday even though service was closed he was helpful and confirmed it was covered by my extended warranty. After dropping off and picking up a loaner I got to my destination only to get a call from Michelle that I was not covered under my warranty. I had to turn around and come back to get my car. Michelle was very apologetic and when the mechanic brought my car around she made a point to discuss the problem with my car (hypothetically) and where would he start if he was to try to repair it. He walked through where he would begin and pointed out to me the areas of interest. I then was able to go home and work on it myself. I have narrowed out the problem but not able to fix. However, having Michelle and the mechanic take the extra time with me and showing they care......is why even though my car was not able to be repaired......I left very happy of the interest they put in me as a customer. This is the kind of personal care I receive every time I have come to Critz. This is why I called my husband from the car and told him we need to make sure the next vehicle we purchase comes from Critz! More
