This is my second time visiting Criswell Nissan and both times Jose Alvarez has went out of his way to help me and answer my questions. We have a ten year old Nissan Murano that has been a champ for over 100k miles. It has required mostly regular maintenance for that time. Since moving to Maryland almost ten years ago we have made a p champ for over 100k miles. It has required mostly regular maintenance for that time. Since moving to Maryland almost ten years ago we have made a point to return to Criswell Nissan for service because of the friendly and customer-focused attitude. A recent transmission replacement was completed in such a short time that we were shocked when Dave Berney called for to pick up the car. To make it an even better day, the transmission was under warranty. Many thanks to Dave Berney and all the techs for their hard work. This is just one example of why we love our Nissan so much and why we will continue to keep Criswell Nissan as our service location. More
I found everyone very friendly. Crystal kept me informed along the way of what was going on. Both she and I had a question on why the transformer oil needed to be topped off. She went back and checked wit along the way of what was going on. Both she and I had a question on why the transformer oil needed to be topped off. She went back and checked with the mechanic and then with the senior mechanic as to the reason. A small leak was discovered, which was promptly fixed at no charge. She accurately predicted the additional time it would take. All in all, I was very pleased with the service, with the professionalism of everyone, and the end result - a confidence that my vehicle was ready for another 7,500 miles! More
I arrived at the dealership about 8:30am on Saturday morning. I got my car right in, it was serviced and I was out in less than an hour. For once it didn't take away half of the day! I had to come in twice because a part needed to be ordered. Tony was very professional and personable and the best part is a Redskins Fan! He told me I would need to come back because the part needed ordered. Tony was very professional and personable and the best part is a Redskins Fan! He told me I would need to come back because the part needed to be ordered and that it would take about an hour and a half to fix the problem. When the part came in I was ready with a book to just sit back and wait. I was shocked when after 20 minutes he came out and said I was ready to go. Chris clearly understood my concerns in the way of servicing and treated me as if I were a long-time cu any service until now, some six months later.
