Service department Today 5/6/22 I had a service appt to replace my headlights on my Nissan Altima that were recalled. First Nissan has to approve that your headlights need to be replaced, then after they a replace my headlights on my Nissan Altima that were recalled. First Nissan has to approve that your headlights need to be replaced, then after they approve it they call you to make an appt when the part comes in. Well nissan called me and I made an appt for today and when I got there at nissan criswell after dropping off my car and waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes the service agent asks me that my part did not come in and how was I contacted. Obviously someone stole my part for another customer due to the back log. This is totally unacceptable. More
This service department has to be the worst I have ever used for the repair of our vehicles. I brought one of our vehicles there to fine out why the electrical system was going hay wire and not responding used for the repair of our vehicles. Was told that it needed a computer board that was around $1,400.00 dollars and that would take care of the problem. I agreed and when we picked up the truck they said it was road tested . I don’t believe that after lights, wipers, horn not working and the battery died that night. Upon opening the hood found battery cables not even tight, just sitting on the terminals, not making connection. When called the service department I was told to bring it back by a person named Duece, and the would be a charge to check it out further. This means I am without a truck again and our service tech has no truck to use. Not a professional company, All about the dollar, not customer service. More
I was given a loaner car because my car was being service by criswell honda. They gave a car that so dirty and stinky. I asked manager to have car cleaned. Car was given again dirty. Back in late May, I brought in my 2014 Xterra Pro 4X for Back in late May, I brought in my 2014 Xterra Pro 4X for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I came to pick up my X after the service was co Back in late May, I brought in my 2014 Xterra Pro 4X for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I came to pick up my X after the service was completed, the service tech went over some issues found during the courtesy inspection. The R\rear axle seal was leaking, the rear shocks were bad and the rear differential cover was leaking. I went ahead and approved the repairs the following week and after 2 days of my Xterra in the shop, I received my Xterra back. Fast forward 4ish months (end of OCT), I received a coupon for a free oil change and tire rotation and brought it back to Criswell Nissan. When I dropped it off, I explained to service advisor, that a week prior to bringing in the Xterra, I started hearing a slight “clunking” noise from the rear when driving slowly and turning. I wanted them to check it out since I never hear this noise prior to the repairs. When the X was ready for pickup after the oil change, about 2 hours after I dropped it off, the service advisor explained to me that since I had driven 1400 miles since the repairs were performed, that they don’t know how much damage had been done and that there was more than normal play with the rear axles (L & R). They said I needed a whole complete rear end and the cost was $5600. I was very disappointed with this diagnosis, that in the 2 weeks following this, I took my Xterra to 2 other places to have the rear end looked at to see if the rear was as bad as Criswell said it was. One place was a respectable garage in Germantown, and the other shop was a Nissan dealership in Rockville. Both places extensively looked at, driven, had in on lifts, and both places reported back to me that there was absolutely no issue with the rear end of my X. I was relieved of the report from both of these places. I would NEVER recommend this dealership for anything. I had sent 2 e-mails to the service advisor and the service manager and never received any response for either of them. I then sent an e-mail to the general manager, and again, never received anything from him. They don't even deserve a 1 rating. More
Douce and Marshall are very professional and helpful. They provide very good customer service. The sales manager was rude, eating at his desk as he was talking to me, and demeaned me by querying if the They provide very good customer service. He clearly dismissed me by not looking up for a moment as he talked to me. He was also passive-aggressive. He was enjoying his food. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this dealership. I was told by UT that the cashier was also not helpful because she did not need to escalate the situation. It's a pity I cannot talk to someone. My check was not denied because of lack of funds so the dealership should have accepted my check. More
Ms Conway was the best Service Advisor i had in many years going to Nissan dealers, ever. I own a 2017 Pathfinder and i had a Frontier years before. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I came in for an appointment to replace a deflated tire and waited for 3.5 hrs. I've had tires replaced before, and on average it takes 30-45 mins. Not to mention that they can't even keep track of their inventory, as the tire I was originally supposed to get was not found, causing me to opt out for a different one. I bought my car here so I can say they are more great on that front, however their service department is utterly useless. I wish I could give less that 1 star. More
