I bought a Nissan Rogue with 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Today I went for tire rotation and they told me it is better to do tire balance also. Ok . Then the service person came to me after30 minut warranty. Today I went for tire rotation and they told me it is better to do tire balance also. Ok . Then the service person came to me after30 minutes and told me you have to change brake pad also. He told me it is now in red. I told him it has only 30000 miles. Moreover last time when I did multipoint inspection it had only 25000 and that time it was green. How come it came to red without going to yellow. They could not give me any satisfactory answer. So I would alert everyone that do not go to criswell Nissan dealer for service . I am not sure whether criswell Nissan changed my brake pad or not. Please look for other dealer for service. I talked to corporate Nissan also. They told me. It should not happen like this. More
