Like to take this opportunity to say thanks to Dalton and his service team. Dalton has restored my trust after a few bad experiences last year with previous service consultant. How Dalton treated his custo his service team. Dalton has restored my trust after a few bad experiences last year with previous service consultant. How Dalton treated his customer was like "Day and Night" compared to previous service consultant. He is very tentative to your needs and very professional. I knew the moment that he can be trusted (and work with) when how he greeted his customer with an open smile, whereas, the previous consultant just take your keys and not really want to deal with you. I can go into much more details on how the previous consultant, who is no longer with Criswell, cheated me out with past services that almost make me walk away from Criswell Nissan, but instead, would prefer to give recognition to Dalton and appreciate his professionalism. I highly recommend Dalton and definite bring my business back to Criswell Nissan. He is very technical knowledgeable, tentative to your needs, communicate well with his customers and honest. He just doesn't take your key when the first moment you pull up and walk away.. More
