Looking to buy a new Frontier. I found it on the internet when i call the dealer to stop by and see it. Mr Otchere answer and told me the dealer was close for the day. I told him i was 1 block away. He still took the time to locate the exact truck and showed it to me. I explain to him how much i can pay monthly. I went back the next day and him and the financing dept made it happen for me. Long story short it was Sunday afternoon and no one try to force me into anything i did not want or cant pay for. Criswell Nissan, especially the Service Department has offered me nothing but stellar customer service. Coming from the realm of BMW I wasn't sure what to expect from Nissan but to my surprise it has bee offered me nothing but stellar customer service. Coming from the realm of BMW I wasn't sure what to expect from Nissan but to my surprise it has been nothing but an excellent experience. I've never been treated like a rock star with BMW, as an M3 & M5 owner, but with Nissan, as GT-R owner, they definitely made me feel like one. The Service Manager and his team are all very customer service oriented, they have always made each of my visits to the dealership very enjoyable. I'm not the type of person that usually write reviews but this dealership definitely deserves it. More

On a mid-April Friday afternoon with gorgeous 70 degree temps outside, that is saying alot.
