With almost a decade having passed since my first car buying experience, I had almost forgotten how difficult and emotional it can be. After a horrible experience at my local dealership just a couple of weeks ago in New Jersey, I was not optimistic about a positive experience this time around either. Long story short: I was proven wrong. Not by a dealership around me, but from one 250 miles away in Germantown, MD. It is not very often that I personally come across sales professionals who go above and beyond what is required of them to ensure customer satisfaction. I do realize that because of repetitive negative experience at the hands of other car dealerships, I may have been quick to get emotional. And for that, please accept my most sincere apologies. In hindsight, I am extremely thankful and consider myself blessed to have made the initial contact with Adam, who I cannot speak highly enough of. At the end of the day, I know what I received was terrific value for my purchase. Perhaps it was a sign of the times, terrific overall business management [Adam mentioned that it costs nothing for you to place classifieds on eBay] or a combination of both that allowed me to walk away with the Juke. Whatever the reason may be, please know that I have already begun telling people in my network they should head to Criswell Nissan in Germantown, MD to get their next vehicle. I never new the dealership existed until Saturday, December 1. I took a friend to the dealership to pick-up a loaner. While waiting, I met Dante and told him that need an other car. I have been driving a 16 year old Volvo (1997)around the beltway to see my Dad in a nursing home for 3 years. I had so many issues with car - I knew it would give out one day. Swann Kim and Dante Marino helped me to get a new car that was good a fit for me. I cannot expressed how grateful to Swann, Dante and Krystie. They are an excellent team. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family because I know there is caring people working there. In a time, when customer service is no longer a top priority to some businesses,it is great to know that your employees know the importance of customer care. This dealership is incredible. My family came in searching for a new sedan style car that rode smoothly and we were able to test 4 different models right away.
