We caught each other's eye and he came out of his office and greeted my wife and me. He took us out to the lot to view the available trucks and when we found exactly what we were looking for, we all returned to the building to start the process. Jerome passed us on to Sam Afgan, who had just started with Criswell. Jerome had taught him well, because we had a most pleasant interaction and made a deal. Frank was kind enough to help the "newbie" when he ran into problems with entering data into the system. Kudos to him for being a team player. Finally after returning with my trade vehicle, I sat down with Krystie to finish the paperwork. She was delightful. Very professional and personable transaction, where I gladly gave her my money...Not a single disappointment from start to finish. Thank you for training your staff in the fine art of superior customer service. AND, I drove away in a brand new Nissan Frontier, filled with gas and washed and detailed. Great job! More

Excellent service I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. the oil change was past of my plan so there wasn't a cost associated with it. The came out after 1/2 an hour and asked if I wanted a car wash too. A half hour later they apologized for the long time it took and gave me my tire rotation for free since it took so long. I didn't feel it took that long, since I came in without an appointment and was done in under an hour. Everyone is so polite! More
