AMAZING DEALERSHIP WITH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Wow, Sam did an amazing job from beginning to end of the sale. When i pulled in the parking lot i saw Sam in his office, and when i get out of the car Wow, Sam did an amazing job from beginning to end of the sale. When i pulled in the parking lot i saw Sam in his office, and when i get out of the car Sam was waiting for me outside of the door. I found that absolutely incredible but that is not all. I came in with my 3 year old son who is not very still, Sam kept his Cool with him every step of the way and did not seem annoyed at all. He established what I was looking for and my price range and he reassured me that he could make it happened, which to surprise he did. I came in with my son at 7 at that time my son was starting to get hungry obviously there is not food in the dealership but when i was working with Krystie Zhang Sam surprised my son with a Happy Meal from Mcdonalds, i was very grateful and surprised, no one and i mean no one has ever done anything like this before especially not a dealership. I am very very please with Sam who did a great job. Krystie Zhang is by far the best Finance specialist i have ever dealt with. Was very very professional and walked me through everything, I must say i walked out of the dealership 100% happy. Within an hour, we were down at the dealership purchasing the car. Best experience I have ever had buying a car!! - he is kind, generous, and a great sealer all around. Krystie, in the finance department, is also one of the best! She is the most down to earth person in any finance department I have been in. Never had an individual like her!! These two employees are the best I have ever dealt with. If I have to buy another Nissan vehicle, which I may have too soon, I will be back to see them. Thank you so much!!! More

Never in my life have I been disrespected so blatantly. I visited Criswell Nissan this evening in hopes of purchasing a new Pathfinder. Although we did not make a deal, I had a pleasant experience with my s I visited Criswell Nissan this evening in hopes of purchasing a new Pathfinder. Although we did not make a deal, I had a pleasant experience with my sales person. As I was preparing to leave the dealership, the sales manager, Jeff Greene, became involved in the negotiation. I explained that I understand they had a business to run and it was okay that we weren't able to make a deal. He told me " it's only $500, that's nothing if you're financing." I explained that I understood it would make a minimal difference in the monthly payment, but that I came in with a number in mind to spend, and due to unforeseen circumstances it wouldn't work out. I assume he did not like my answer, as he then arrogantly and dismissively turned his head and began talking to a co-worker. I was immediately offended and told him so. I asked for his name and business card, but he did not supply it. I was okay with not being able to make a deal, but I find it appalling that I would be so disrespected, in front of other employees no less, for being willing to walk away. I feel that a sales "manager" should set the precedent for the standard of service expected from their staff. I think he could have taken a few pointers from his staff. As I stated previously, we had a pleasant experience with our original sales person, but after my brief interaction with Jeff, I will not be returning to Criswell Nissan, or anyone other Criswell for that matter. More

Of particular note was his willingness to show me another make vehicle sold by Criswell so I could compare side-by-side - how awesome is that!! With the understanding that everyone I dealt with at Criswell was just plain great, I also want to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of the finance manager Krystie Zhang. She made that part of the transaction both a breeze and actually pleasant! Finally, I'd like to give a shout-out to Jeff Greene. Due to a misunderstanding on MY PART, I had a concern about the pricing. Jeff helped me see what was really happening (a better than expected deal, not worse); and while it was my error all along, he went out of his way to ensure a great buying experience at Criswell Nissan! Jeff also was instrumental in finding the car with the trim and options I wanted!! More
