Service of my 2009 CUBE I brought my Cube in for the 120,000 mile service. I was quoted $750 for the service with the CVT transmission fluid change. I called Nissan Darcars I brought my Cube in for the 120,000 mile service. I was quoted $750 for the service with the CVT transmission fluid change. I called Nissan Darcars and they gave me a price of $565. So I called Crisswell back to cancel my service appt. They came back to me and dropped their price to $562.73. I also asked them to check on the horn since it wasn't working. After the 120K service was done I was told that the catalytic converter was shot. I was given a price for that service of $1,627. I asked if that was the best price and the service advisor got a 15% discount on all the service. I asked again about the horn. I was told that the spiral cable was severed and she would see if the break could be soldered by the technician. She said that would be done at no charge. When the final service was over I asked if the horn was working and she said no, it wasn't a break in the cable. She said that the service technician told her that there was an electrical problem. So my total bill came to $1,868.27 still having an electrical problem and the horn not working. When I got home I looked at the Multi-Point Inspection report. The very first item on the report is "HORN OPERATION". That box was checked on the green area. The legend on the report shows that the green area means that it was checked and OK at this time. I called and asked my service advisor about this and she put me on hold to check with the service technician. She came back and said he apologized because he rushed through the inspection in order to get to the next car and had checked that by mistake. I asked if he rushed through the inspection did he also rush through the service work in order to get to the next car. This whole situation just put a bad taste in my mouth with Criswell Nissan. I purchased my car at this dealer back in March of 2010. I love my car but I will never purchase another car from Criswell or have a vehicle serviced at Criswell again. I took it to a local small shop in Germantown who replaced the engine and put all the components that made it fail right back on. Needless to say I drove the car less than 100 miles before it failed again. I figured I'd take it to Nissan to see what they could do for me. Nissan advised me to have diagnostic testing done. Service manager Andy, set me up with a loaner car while I was out of a vehicle. He helped me find a great replacement motor and a great price. All work done with a warranty and by official Nissan parts and technicians, and for less money than the original local clown who got over on me. More

Ceasar Yanes took the time to understand everything I was looking for, and he called me back within an hour's time and provided every detail regarding the deal. When I arrived, every last figure was exactly what Ceasar had told me, and he got me the exact figure I needed for my trade as well. Krystie in finance was amazing as well, and the entire purchase transaction took 1 hour from the time I arrived. PAINLESS! Go to Criswell Nissan and ask for Ceasar Yanes, you'll be so happy that you did. More

He is always friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond! They also offer the most competitive price that I've found which is reasonable for my pocket. This most recent service I had the battery replaced and a transmission issue diagnosed. I always request the mechanic "Tee" because he is very knowledgeable and willing to meet the customer to explain details as needed. I won't take my Nissan anywhere else! More

He was so knowledgeable about the 2017 Rogue we got and was straight forward with all of his information--no sugar coating or awful sales jargon. He was also really nice and stayed with us from the beginning to the end of the whole process. I cannot emphasize enough how great sales guy he was. Then Krystie in Finance was awesome. Super organized and walked us through the whole process. What is usually a cumbersome, boring process was a really great experience that left us confident about our new car. We will definitely be back for future purchases! Our only regret is not coming sooner! More

Dave Scott (service manager) was my point I had the CV boot on my 2007 Nissan Murano repaired this month (June 2017) at Criswell Nissan of Germantown. Dave Scott (service manager) was my point of contact to ensure the best service was rendered. Tee, my mechanic also did a wonderful job with the repair. Overall, my experience has been great! This was the second repair I had at this location and both experiences have been above and beyond. For this service, my oil was low so they topped it off at no additional cost and the prior service in Feb 2017 a temporary "fix" was made to get me to this point...both as a courtesy and without adding any additional costs (my first repair was related to rusty oil pipe). I appreciate that Dave helps me stay within budget and is attentive to my financial constraints. He provides courteous and prompt service that is tailored to meet the customers needs. I will definitely be returning to this location and requesting the same service provider (Dave) and mechanic (Tee). Lynn is also very polite and prompt to follow-up on appointments. Overall, the experience continues to be great at this location...I will be returning in the future! Thanks so much for providing amazing service!! More
