I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your dealership. I have been a loyal customer since 2020-2021, regularly making the 45-minute drive to your Germantown location, even though there are multiple other dealerships closer to my home. This decision was based on the trust and confidence I had in your service department and the honesty I experienced during my earlier visits. However, my recent visit has left me feeling disillusioned and concerned. The experience I had did not align with the high standards of service and integrity that I had come to expect from Criswell Nissan. This has unfortunately eroded the trust that I had built over the years, and it is with great disappointment that I find myself questioning whether I can continue to patronize your business. I had always appreciated the honesty and reliability of your team, which is why this situation feels all the more unacceptable. Trust is not easily earned, and once lost, it is even harder to rebuild.
