Terrible We had drove 1 hour to get to Criswell nissan to purchase a truck about 2 weeks ago in the pouring rain. How is it possible to inspect anything when t We had drove 1 hour to get to Criswell nissan to purchase a truck about 2 weeks ago in the pouring rain. How is it possible to inspect anything when the rain is pouring down. Originally the staff was super nice and worked with us with the price and everything. When we went back to try to get the paint chips fixed, they didn't want to do it. We also called a week in advance to have some keys calibrated so that we can use the automatic starter for the truck and was told that it will be 4.5 - 5 hours to get it done because they didn't put is in the books. The technician also told us that there was no automatic starter in the car; how can that be when we installed it??? The sales rep, Rafael, was super helpful and made the transitions easy but the service representatives were not to compliment on. Bottom line is, matters are brought up to corporate to see if there is resolution as we had already sat there for 3 hours while they try to go back and forth on whether the pain chips can be fixed. More

Good experience, upfront pricing We were searching for a good deal on a hard to find Nissan model for our growing family. We had already driven once to another MD dealership that tried to swindle us. We found another van a few days later, but this time at Criswell. We were weary to make the trip from VA because of our previous experience with the other dealership. We asked for a quote to be emailed to us and Rafael immediately obliged. We were satisfied with the price and after several other conversations and follow-ups, we decided to make the trip! We completed our transaction in about 2 hours and the vehicle was accurately described, price accurate, and had a pleasant experience with all staff (Raphael, Moin, and Matin) we encountered. We are just thrilled with our long-awaited purchase and believe Criswell Nissan is honest and friendly. More

New Nissan at a Great Value Came in to look at the 2018 models on sale. After some negotiations, I was able to agree on a reasonable price for the new 2018 Murano. This was the best price out of all the Nissan dealerships I called within the DMV area.
