Kind, transparent, and credible We did not end up buying a car from Rafael and his team but it was no fault of theirs!! The car we wanted ended up having structural damage reported o We did not end up buying a car from Rafael and his team but it was no fault of theirs!! The car we wanted ended up having structural damage reported on the CarFax after it was certified. They only saw it when they pulled the CarFax to make a deal with us. They pulled the car off the lot immediately and wouldn’t sell us a previously damaged vehicle. Through the search and test drives, Rafael was kind and genuine. We never felt pressured!
