Kevin Daniels and his manager were amazing, overall customer service was spectacular. Unfortunately, the finance department is shady. I came back in person to cancel the warranty, which he reluctantly agreed to cancel, however, I later found out that the warranty was never cancelled! More

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I came in for an appointment to replace a deflated tire and waited for 3.5 hrs. I've had tires replaced before, and on average it takes 30-45 mins. Not to mention tha appointment to replace a deflated tire and waited for 3.5 hrs. I've had tires replaced before, and on average it takes 30-45 mins. Not to mention that they can't even keep track of their inventory, as the tire I was originally supposed to get was not found, causing me to opt out for a different one. I bought my car here so I can say they are more great on that front, however their service department is utterly useless. I wish I could give less that 1 star. More

Marshall Nickleberry is a fantastic salesman, I’ve followed him from Tischer Nissan to Ourisman Nissan now to Criswell Nissan. The General Manager, Gene Lopez is fantastic, I really appreciate the dea followed him from Tischer Nissan to Ourisman Nissan now to Criswell Nissan. The General Manager, Gene Lopez is fantastic, I really appreciate the deal I was able to accept. James Cook in the Finance Department was great and I also dealt with him at Tischer Nissan. I did not plan to trade in my 2017 Sentra, but I love my 2020 Rogue. More
