As soon as we signed the paperwork EVERYTHING went downhill from there! For reference we bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue May 1, 2021. After signing it was close to their closing time so copies of all paperwork were not given to us on a flash drive as they specified. We had to call multiple times to have them mailed to us. After purchasing we were told our tags/license plate would be sent to us in about 2-4weeks. Two months and two expired tag tickets later and STILL no tags/plates. We called multiple times and FINALLY got someone on the phone and the said we needed to get an inspection done and send it to them. Fine, but we were NEVER told this prior. We get the inspection done and send it to 3 different people and still no response, and it’s been a whole month! We are still till this day calling and leaving voicemails that are NEVER returned and sending emails that are NEVER replied to in order to get the status of our tags/plates since we’ve submitted our inspection. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN More

He clearly dismissed me by not looking up for a moment as he talked to me. He was also passive-aggressive. He was enjoying his food. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this dealership. I was told by UT that the cashier was also not helpful because she did not need to escalate the situation. It's a pity I cannot talk to someone. My check was not denied because of lack of funds so the dealership should have accepted my check. More
