Criswell Nissan is conveniently located and offers great hours for service! The initial technician, or whoever was responsible for working on the car, couldn't identify (or possibly chose not to address) the clanging noise in the brakes of the used car I purchased from this deale working on the car, couldn't identify (or possibly chose not to address) the clanging noise in the brakes of the used car I purchased from this dealership two weeks ago. After consulting a different technician for a second opinion, the issue was confirmed. I initially reported this concern to the salesperson on the first day of test driving the car, and was assured that it would be fixed under the 30 days or 1,000 miles limited service warranty.
