While the issues that my vehicle has presented are not their fault they make it their responsibility to deeply research until they find a resolution. Dropped off the car at 10 AM and you didn't even bother to look at it. Had to rsise xxxx to even get a call back. Instead, your bright solution was for me to leave the car overnight for you to look at whenever you felt like it. So basically, I'd be without a car for days until you felt like looking at it.. But I should know better, it's been the same experience the other two times I made the mistake of coming to you for service. Wasted my whole day, you're useless. More
