Later, he discussed the financing options and introduced me to Krystie for final processing. I have had to call James a few times after I took the car home. He has always been patient and offers to answer a question. As this is my first hybrid, I have many questions, which he has fielded kindly. I unfortunately had to make the decision to buy a new / used alfa. I did not have a lot of time to shop but I am happy to say the Alberto was able to provide a car that I am confident will last me.
