First class service from the first initial visit. I never felt pressured and I instantly felt comfortable and unguarded with George. He comes from a place of "yes" and is extremely encouraging. His presence through out was more like a friend rather than a sales person. I didn't buy a car that day in October. I was just not ready. I said I would be back in a few months. George kept me up to date on all the inventory changes and just to check in to see how I was doing. He went above and beyond with me. I had many questions through out the process and George was always responsive and diligent. Having bought over 10 cars in the past 5 years I have to say this was the absolute best car buying experience ever. Completely stress free environment, professional friendly staff. No pressure or gimmicks whatsoever. I shopped around and they truly give the best deal and have the best inventory. The sales Manager Omar is very direct and straight forward and isn't afraid to make a deal that really works for you. I cant wait till I'm back again for the next one! I shopped NY, NJ, FL and up and down the east coast but these guys had it all. Then when I came to the dealership, they were very welcoming, warm and always were attentive. I met the service manager along with everyone in sales. These guys are not your typical car sales guys. I got a good deal, good value for my trade and now I am driving in my new Ghibli. This was my first experience with their Maserati service (2012 GTS) and it was exceptional - just what one would expect when you own a Maserati. Scott Oliver, whom I met at a car event, went out of his way to accommodate my circumstances. They performed the service as requested, checked out the whole car, and the price was well below my expectations -- not the typical high priced service you get at other Maserati dealers in the area. They even detailed the car before returning it to me! Keep up the great work! More

After a short negotiation, they had all of the paperwork ready for when I showed up and it was very smooth. The only thing that they didn't offer (and I didn't know to ask for) was to drill into the bumper for the front plate, which is required in VA. I had to take it in for a separate service appointment after the fact. Regardless, it was a good experience, and I'm comfortable with the price we paid and the service received. More
