While it wasn't one of the 6 figure Maserati's on the showroom floor, you would have thought we were buying one. Robert set up the buying experience with a quick and low pressure response to my offer. Chuck handled the actual sale when we arrived. The whole staff could not have been more cordial and thoughtful after our 3 hour drive from SE Virginia. From Sales, to Finance to the General Management, you would have thought we were long lost friends. I can recommend Criswell Maserati without hesitation. That in itself is a complement since I am such a skeptic of human nature. It was well worth the 340 mile round trip. Kudos to all! More

Efficient car buying experience Alberto was great. I am not easily impressed but my car buying experience was amazing. He had the car ready for me to test drive on MLK Day and ans Alberto was great. I purchased my car the next day and he had me in and out within 1 .5 hours. Robert the sales manager was fair and honest and Omar the GM was upstanding and forthright.
