Called try to purchase one, but couldn’t. I found one vehicle that they have and I really liked it, trying to get a hold on the finance situations since they dont work with capital one which w I found one vehicle that they have and I really liked it, trying to get a hold on the finance situations since they dont work with capital one which what I got pre-approval for. I been trying to get all the documents that they asked for, but things just couldn’t go as good as I thought it would be. Alberto is my salesman, he was nice and helpful at first, but when things got a little complicated with the paper works, he turned out and give me a very rude text saying “i need to do what I supposed to do, if you want my help” (which he talking about the paper works, but i couldnt have it right away, I have to email my claim adjuster to get it, and they didn’t) Can you believe that? he’s a saleman talking to a customer trying to get a car after Harvey’s flood. How rude is that? He didn’t even apologize for what he said, and I just have to defend myself, there were many more rude texts after that saying im draging my feet, I did try my best to provide them what ever they need and this is how they responds. I wish I talked to someone else and get things done if not they could have earning a better review. At the end, I have to turned down the vehicle. If you ever consider buying a vehicle here, work with someone else beside Alberto Zamorano. More

Great sales experience, DISAPPOINTING Follow-up Service I purchased a car from this dealership in February of 2017, and had zero complaints regarding the actual buying experience. Alberto and his team were I purchased a car from this dealership in February of 2017, and had zero complaints regarding the actual buying experience. Alberto and his team were attentive, professional and responsive throughout the process. However, my experience soured significantly when I attempted to re-connect with a potential missing component of the car, as well as to inquire about the dealership's ability to provide servicing for my vehicle. Five separate attempts to establish communication with Alberto, spread over one month, resulted in ZERO responses. Ultimately, I had to resort to establishing contact with the General Manager to have my questions responded to. To help clarify my rating, my complaint lies not with their inability to support my initial inquiries, but rather the fact that I was completely ignored for over a month. Overall, it left me with the feeling that my only value to the dealership was the check I wrote for the car, vice establishing a lasting relationship. I certainly hope my experiences, and unfortunate disappointment, will prevent something like this from happening in the future. More

Great Alfa Romeo buying experience! I recently purchased a used 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C from Karifa Mara at Criswell Maserati. Karifa was very pleasant to work with, and I will highly recomme I recently purchased a used 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C from Karifa Mara at Criswell Maserati. Karifa was very pleasant to work with, and I will highly recommend him to my friends and peers. After submitting an Autotrader email about the car, Karifa's email responses were prompt and helpful. He did not call me excessively or attempt to chase me down. As I am really short, he had his service department move the driver's seat in the car so that I could come down and safely test drive it before I arrived. Alfa Romeo 4Cs require manual seat height adjustment, so this gesture was extremely appreciated. The initial price of the car was below my expectations and the buying experience was simple, straightforward, and pleasant. After a brief negotiation, we reached a deal that I felt was mutually beneficial to everyone. I was in and out, in roughly 2 hours end to end. I was traveling to visit family prior to visiting Criswell Maserati, so I had my mother bring me to the dealership. Karifa made it a point to talk with her and entertain her while I was occupied. I really appreciated his willingness here as well. While I didn't interact much with them, Omar and Robert were also very pleasant to speak with when I did chat with them. I highly recommend Karifa and Criswell Maserati. More
