Excellent car buying experience I came to the dealership to "kick tires". I was greeted by Karifa and the rest is history! He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Maserati brand I came to the dealership to "kick tires". I was greeted by Karifa and the rest is history! He offered me test drives for each model that I was considering and pointed out the differences in each. I wasn't ready to buy during my initial visit but after my "Karifa experience", I didn't go to any other dealerships because I was sold. New lease purchase We started our process with James Tan over the phone. We told him what car we wanted (Alpha Romeo Giulia) and the price range we needed to be in. When we met James a few days later he showed us the car we discussed. It was nice but after seeing some of the other options we changed our mind on the car. Both James and Robert (the Sales manager) were fabulous! They made the buying experience smooth and easy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. They make you feel extra special by taking a photograph of you and your family next to your new car. My children got a kick out of this. When I went to the dealership the next day I was very pleased with the attention I received from Alberto during the entire process. I've bought numerous cars over the years but never worked with anyone who provided such detailed and professional assistance without being overbearing. He is a pleasure to work with. I was also fortunate to have had the chance to talk with Omar while I was there and was very impressed with his demeanor, professionalism and the rapport established with him. I definitely felt like I was establishing a new relationship rather than just buying a car. After the purchase, on my way home, I encountered a problem that was not due the to the vehicle or the dealership in any way. When I called Omar to ask him advice on getting it corrected, he insisted on my bringing the car back to him to have the issue corrected. He went far above anything I could have expected!
