No Games, No Presssure, Above and Beyond Customer Service I was in the market for a new car but was not in a rush to buy. My sister went into the dealership and few days before met with Karifa who she descri I was in the market for a new car but was not in a rush to buy. My sister went into the dealership and few days before met with Karifa who she described as polite, fashionable, and professional she was very excited and told me she was going back on the weekend and encouraged me to come with her. I did. I did a test drive of the Stelvio it was fantastic, but, I didn't want to buy the first car I saw since I was in no rust to buy. During the month I went to a few more dealers and came back to Criswell and Karifa because I realize he was warm, personable, has excellent knowledge of his vehicles. I brought my Stelvio and am a happy camper. Karifa did not pressure me, he was easy to work with, He gave me a few pointers and a few small lessons to made sure I knew how to operate the vehicle before I drove off the lot. I had a special request to test drive the car back to my house to make sure it fit my unique garage. He didn't hesitate to accommodate me. After the test drive, he didn't pressure me to make a decision while at the dealership. I contacted him 48h later and he was able to make me a great deal on the Stelvio and took extra measures to go above and beyond to keep my business local. It was much appreciated. When finalizing the paperwork, they also did a fair trade in to make my entire new car buying process as painless as possible. No deception or dealer tricks with him. The best experience I’ve had getting a new car Mr. Mara was a great dealer to deal with. My parents met him first on Monday and discussed deals and everything with him, when they came back home wit Mr. Mara was a great dealer to deal with. My parents met him first on Monday and discussed deals and everything with him, when they came back home with the update they couldn’t stop talking about how nice of a gentlemen he was. When I met him today I saw exactly what my parents saw, such a genuine guy. He really cared about the customers and their needs and not just about selling the car. He spend over 4 hours with us and postponed whatever he had going on to make sure we leave out of there with the same smile we came in with and he did just that. Mr. Mara gave us the family experience just as if we known him for years and really made my parents feel like they were back home in Morocco by making them feel really comfortable. Everyone in the dealership was helpful from Mr. Mara to the manager to the runner who got the car ready for us. I selected excellent because it was the highest in the rating if I had an option to go higher I would’ve game him 10 more stars. Lastly but not last I just want to say that Mr. Mara made my day and definitely made my birthday the best birthday I’ve ever had by making it happen for me to drive out of there with the Alfa Romeo I wanted.
