Karifa was AMAZING!!! I absolutely loved working with Karifa to purchase my new Stelvio. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the SUV, but what was really unique about him I absolutely loved working with Karifa to purchase my new Stelvio. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the SUV, but what was really unique about him was the test drive. He has a race car driving background so when he took us for the test drive, he offered to drive first to show us what the car could do. He had a special route for this purpose, and after the vigorous display of what the Stelvio was capable of, I was sold. I have bought Porsche’s, Audi’s, and BMW’s but was never really allowed to see the limits of the car’s performance on the test drive. In addition, Karifa was willing to work the deal out completely by text message. A lot of dealers won’t let you do this until you come in, and by that time they think they have you. It was very easy to negotiate for the Stelvio this way and they were very generous with incentives and rebates to help me get the price I wanted. All in all, one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had! More

I have purchased at least five new cars over the past forty-five years with all resulting in the same experience. Four years ago I purchased a new car for my wife as a surprise birthday experience which reaffirmed by belief that the car buying process has not changed over this period. This car purchase has allowed me to believe miracles are possible. In preparation for this experience I mentally and emotionally conditioned myself for what was coming. As usual I performed my research in advance and identified the vehicle that provided the best value for my money. Since we already have three working vehicles I felt no urgency to purchase a new car. Having found a car on-line that met my requirements I prepared for the next step of working with a salesman to finalize the purchase process. I was ready to walk away from negotiations the minute I felt any undue pressure, stress or aggressive sales tactics. I was almost disappointed when none of those negative expectations occurred during my first contact with Danny. In fact I had to follow-up with him after I did not receive a response to my initial chat session. I assumed this was a change in sales tactics and prepared myself for a different approach with the same negative results. The sale was confirmed after only two telephone discussions with Danny on a Friday lasting fifteen minutes each or less. The next day I was at the dealership to finalize the purchase and driving the new car home in less than three hours. It took me longer to finalize my loan approval than it took to close the vehicle purchase. It would have taken less time had the financing representative been available and two other people not making purchases the same day. Mr. Danny Ahn is the most professional and knowledgeable car dealer that I have ever worked with. If I'm ever in the market to purchase a new vehicle there is no question that I will be contacting Danny. I will be more than happy to refer friends and family to Danny for their new car purchases. He is GREAT!!! More
