I am an Italian car guy having owned four Maserat I wrote a review upon my purchase (lease actually) in Jan 2018 but somehow it did not get posted... I am an Italian car guy having owned four Maseratis and two Alfa Romeos in the past (as well as three FIATS). When I learned that Alfa was planning on importing a new sedan to America I contacted Criswell and was introduced to Chuck, I believe this was October 2015. It was many months before the cars were delivered to the showrooms and Chuck kept me posted along the way. When the car arrived frankly I was disappointed that Alfa chose to send no manual transmission cars to the USA. So I initially passed on a purchase. However about a year later I re-visited the dealership and Chuck made me "an offer I couldn't refuse" on a 2017 Giulia and I became an owner earlier this year. The sale would have never happened without Chuck's patience, persistence and professionalism throughout the 2 1/2 year process. Thanks Chuck! More
