Happy is an understatement! I found the perfect Maserati online and contacted Karifa immediately. He was pleasant and patient. We had a deal within minutes! I live in Atlanta, GA and didn’t want to have it shipped. So, took the short flight to Germantown, MD later during the week. Karifa offered to pick me up from the airport rather than me catching an Uber (how awesome was that!?!?!). Once we got to his office, I was “in & out”! Karifa even checked on me throughout my 10 hour drive back to Atlanta several times. He insisted that I let him know when I arrived safely (even though it was well after business hours). I was completely pleased with my experience. I would DEFINITELY recommend visiting Karifa at Criswell, Maserati for any of your Maserati or Alfa Romero desires! More

He listened to my specs and produced a car (Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport AWD) that was on point and at a price within Sales: Karifa Mara was excellent. Finance: Krystie was extremely professional and was well versed in all aspects of finance and (pricing) options for the car. She also had the coolest electronic "desk" to produce paperless forms I have ever seen. Almost Star Wars like! Both of these individuals made buying my Alfa Romeo seamless and easy! Great physical space and personable staff. I saw vehicle on line and emailed that we would be coming to look at it. I received an email very quickly saying it was still available. Following d I saw vehicle on line and emailed that we would be coming to look at it. I received an email very quickly saying it was still available. Following day a follow up email asking for a general time. And day of going an early email advising it was still available. We arrived and we're greeted warmly by all. The car was there and we test drove it and liked it. The actual dealership is very well designed and we felt comfortable in the space for the hours it took to complete the deal. Only reason it got two stars on quality of work is that I found french fries and napkins under driver's seat and spare tire storage area was full of spilled wine which we did not find until at home. The wine was dried and very sticky. Overall we recommend this dealer and the staff. Plus seeing all the Maserati is a great experience. More
