I purchased my car here. The service department was the worse I’ve encountered in a very long time. I’ve taken my car back here 4 times for rear bumper repairs. I was patient The service department was the worse I’ve encountered in a very long time. I’ve taken my car back here 4 times for rear bumper repairs. I was patient as I could be. I drove back and forth 4 times from Baltimore, Maryland for these repairs. When I purchased my car it was on a Saturday and they was closing within 1 hour and I was told they would make repairs to my vehicle as soon as I set up my appointment. I set my appointment up with in one week of my purchase and drop off my Maserati Ghibli there wasn’t any communication to the repairs shop so my vehicle wasn’t repaired correctly. After the second time and repairs to my rear bumper wasn’t corrected the owners step in and assured me they would make sure repairs was completed. Around the fourth time and almost two months and 4 trips back the repairs was corrected. I set at the repair shop for 12 hours before my car was completed. If I could up load my photos of all the times my car wasn’t repaired properly I would up load them on here. After you give them your money they don’t care about you. I traded my 24 Lexus IS 350, for my dream car Maserati Ghibli. Now I have to travel to Delaware & Pennsylvania 2-3 hours away for services because the owners was upset because I told them they treated me unfairly. I wish I would’ve never traded my Lexus in for this Maserati from CRISWELL. I should’ve stock with my appointment at Tyson Maserati where I should’ve went. The sale guy at Tyson Maserati told me that CRISWELL was not a good idea because a lot of CRISWELL customers buy and service there cars with them now. I thought he was saying that to get my sale but I found out the hard way he was telling me the truth. CRISWELL promised me a free oil change because of all I went through. When I contacted them for my oil change they refused to honor my oil change. “ ALL I AM SAY DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE OR HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE”. More

My wife and I visited Criswell Alfa Romeo Maserati November 30 and Karifa Mara met us to inquire about why we were there. Of course, we were there to look at options for a new SUV/CAR since we had 6 m November 30 and Karifa Mara met us to inquire about why we were there. Of course, we were there to look at options for a new SUV/CAR since we had 6 months left on our lease for a 22 Stelvio. Karifa asked about our preferences as well as priorities and took us through their inventory. His intimate knowledge of the Alfa and Maserati vehicles led us to view two cars, an Alfa Giulia and a Maserati Grecale. At all times, we were respected and provided all type of information to make a solid choice in vehicles. We decided on the Maserati Grecale. I walked into a beautiful showroom and Mr. Karifa greeted me with his engaging smile and in very stylish clothes. He definitely knew his car! In a very gentleman manner discussed the Alfa Romeo Giulia pricing, and purchase price that day. He already had the vehicle I chose the night before ready and detailed. I changed my choice so the car was ready the next day. Photos & a toast when picking up the Alfa. Hands on lessons from Karifa regarding the instruments and the entirety of this vehicle. MR.
