The amazing professionals I had the pleasure of working there with are : Robert Buchanan, Sales Manager Krystie Zhang, Business Manager Michael Disogra, Sales Consultant I purchased this vehicle from across the country, sight unseen. To make it further complicated, I had 2 trades ! Being retired from the automotive industry and having owned dealerships, I realized the logistical problem of what I wanted to accomplish. Karifa and Krystie were amazing to work with. They helped me in my decision to get a fully loaded Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport. This was hands down the best dealer experience I have ever had in my many years of leasing and buying cars. Karifa is a gentleman and family man who is personable and really knows his cars. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone, walked into the door, and left with a great deal, I felt very welcome. Krystie was wonderful as well. She made the whole lease process super smooth. These guys are an excellent team, and it shows in their communication with each other and how they handle their clients. I was very happy and fortunate in being taken care of by them. I highly recommend Karifa when stopping in to view an Alfa or Maserati. This is the best dealership in the area hands down. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. Thank you so much! More
